Premises licence:

A summary of the premises licence, which outlines the licensable activities, operating hours, and any specific conditions.

  • The sale of Alchohol by retail, provision of late night refreshment, performance of live music, a performance of a play similar to live, recorded music & dance, a performance of dance, an exhibition of a film, an indoor sporing event and any playing of recorded.
  • Monday to Thursday 12:00 – 23:00
  • Friday 12:00 – 0:00
  • Saturday 11:00 – 0:00
  • Sunday 11:00 – 23:00

Age verification policy:

A copy of your age verification policy, such as “Challenge 21” or “Challenge 25”.

  • Challenge 25 – Volunteers must ask for ID from anyone who looks under 25 to prove they’re over 18 before selling any alcohol.

Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS) consent:

The consent of your proposed DPS.

Operating schedule:

An explanation of how you will promote the licensing objectives, including details on your licensable activities, hours, and steps to ensure customer and employee adherence to policies.

  • Any Village Hall event is a licensable activity, including but not exclusively:
    • Pub Night – Last Saturday of the Month 19:30-23:00
    • Bingo – 1st and 3rd Friday of each month 19:00-22:00
  • All events Challenge 25 is followed

Documentation confirming your right to work in the UK.
